With sadness we have decided to close Hopewell Preschool Ministry, as of 9/1/2020.  We are incredibly grateful to God for the blessing God has given to the preschool over the years. We could not have anticipated the many ways we have seen God at work in the preschool, including through wonderful teachers Sherry Gauler, Jackie Anweiler and Karen Short.  ~Hopewell Mennonite Church Preschool Board

Financial Information

Tuition Rates Beginning with the 2020-2021 School Year:
Beginners:   $95/month
Pre-K:             $130/month

All tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.  A $10 late fee will be assessed for non-payment after the 10th of the month.

Monthly tuition payments remain the same each month regardless of the number of days the child attends since the annual tuition is divided equally by nine to simplify bookkeeping.

An insufficient check fee of $20.00 will be assessed per occurrence. Two occurrences will result in acceptance of cash or money orders only.

ACH services are available for those parents who wish to have their child's tuition automatically withdrawn from a bank account each month. An authorization form will be mailed with the intitial back-to-school invoice in August, and can be downloaded by clicking on the link above under "Important Documents." Either a blank voided check, or a check for the current month's tuition must accompany the authorization form and be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the first automatic debit.

Staff

We only seek employees who benefit your child by challenging their intellectual ability as well as their problem-solving skills. Selection of staff is a top priority at Hopewell Preschool Ministry. Our staff members are Christian people who love Jesus! On occasion, a substitute may be hired to fill in for a faculty member due to unforeseen circumstances. These temporary replacements will be hired with the utmost care, as are the long-term workers. Each employee has undergone a criminal history background check and central registry check to insure the safety of your child. You are encouraged to speak with the director or the teacher personally if you have questions about a teacher’s qualifications.

Education Philosphy

The purpose of our Ministry is to promote learning and encourage strong social, physical, spiritual, and mental development of each child. Through play, children explore their world and find excitement and pleasure in creating and experiencing with their senses.  Believing this, our goal is to organize and direct experiences in such a way that children learn concepts which are the foundation for future success.
